Indian Handicraft Industry: will it cross the other facet of midnight?
India is one of the main suppliers of handicrafts to the international marketplace. Hugely labor intensive, and generally cottage based mostly, the sector is far more prevalent in the rural and urban places. The sector gives a livelihood for a lot more than six million artisans which includes a large share of girls artisans, and folks from the weaker sections of the culture.
